COVID-19 Store Access Updates & Your Safety Information

Dear customer,

We hope you and your family are healthy and safe! Our team is constantly following CDC and government guidelines and taking extra precautions. Self-storage is an industry that is not anticipated to be highly impacted by COVID-19. It’s a business based on a storage manager helping one customer at a time. Facilities are not typically high-traffic areas, this lowers our risks. 

We're doing all we can to ensure your storage unit is available to you. However, some store hours may be affected during this time. For any stores affected, we are making every effort to return to normal business hours as soon as possible.

We do not anticipate any disruptions in phone, website or email service. Bill payment, reservations,  rentals, and general inquiries can always be made on the phone or in-person (during office hours mentioned below) and through our website.

Customers with existing accounts will simply enter their username and password to log in.


New accounts will simply enter an email address and password of their choice, and click create
my account. Link the account to the facility location, enter your unit# and gate code. Once finished click link rental to my account.
