Dear Customer,

We are happy to announce that USA Storage Centers have acquired Live Oak Storage located at 1802 Holmes Dr in Moultrie GA as of June 30, 2026. We are excited to have you join our USA team and our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible. At USA Storage Centers, we are committed to providing outstanding customer service to you in every transaction. Our office hours are Mon thru Fri 9am to 5:30pm and Sat 9am to 4:00pm. Closed on Sunday.

We are in the process of transferring all Lake Park Storage systems over to USA Storage Center's platforms. You will need to create a new online account with our company. The link has been embedded below. You may use these to update your information, make payments and set up autopay.

If your account is on autopay, the date we process your next payment may be delayed. There will be no late fees applied in July 2026. We will contact you if there are any issues.

If you are not on autopay, we strongly recommend that you enter this program. It saves money by eliminating late fees and the over-the-phone charge of $4.99 for credit card transactions. Please note: we will be moving to a cashless property in the coming months.

Important Information

Direct payments to USA Storage Centers: When paying by credit card, please note the name change on your credit card statement.

New Storage Lease: Although your lease agreement transfers over from Lake Park Storage to USA Storage Centers, we would appreciate you updating your account records and signing a new storage lease. We will be sending a link to have this remotely completed for your convenience. Your current unit # and gate code will remain unchanged. For units with electronic locks, no changes will be made and you may still access your unit from your mobile app.

The new lease changes (see below under lease changes) will become effective August 1st, 2026. Please note that your continued occupancy of the rented storage unit after the effective date will bind you to the terms and conditions of this month-to-month agreement whether you sign the new lease with USA Storage Centers or not.

Tenant Insurance Requirements. All storage units must be insured through our protection plan, or you must provide proof of other qualifying insurance. Our protection plan will replace your existing insurance, but there will be no changes in rate or coverage. Please see the protection plan information below.

Lease Changes - Effective 8/1/2026

Current lease stipulations will be transferred from previous lease with the exception:

  • A late fee of $20 or 20%, whichever is greater, will occur after 7 days past due on day 8. Auction fee of $150 will be charged after 30 days past due.
  • Cut lock fee of $50. NSF Fee of $35.
  • No cash will be accepted. All invoices will be emailed.
  • Access hours will be from 6am to 10pm daily.


A credit card fee of $4.99 will be charged for credit card payments made over-the-phone (there will be no fee for all other credit card transactions: autopay, website payments).

Protection Plan Information

For those customers who have purchased insurance, from the former insurer, for your stored contents are on a month-to-month payment plan. The current policy will expire as of your next rental payment. The protection plan from IOA, our insurer, will replace your existing policy.

Premiums and coverages will remain unchanged.

There is no need for you to do anything on your part. Our protection plan has no deductible and many of the coverages are more competitive or are the same. Please see the new lease for coverage details.

Avoid paying a late fee or credit card fee again by enrolling in our automatic payment program.
